A barndominium is a steel-frame home — the structural shell of a pole barn or metal building, finished out to live in. GRV builds the same steel-frame system for standalone buildings, pole barns, and pavilions, then scales the finish level to what the structure is for: a full home, a storage building, or an open-air gathering space.

One licensed crew handles the structure start to finish — no separate steel contractor to hand off to partway through.

Four structures, one crew

• Barndominiums. A steel-frame home, built and finished out to live in — the same idea as GRV's finished board-and-batten barndominium with the wraparound porch and standing-seam metal roof.
• Steel buildings. Standalone metal buildings for storage, a shop, or equipment — roll-up doors, a poured slab, built to the size the property needs.
• Pole barns. Post-frame construction for barns, storage, and outbuildings — the structure GRV's own "Pole Barns Built Right" work is built on.
• Custom pavilions. Open-air wood or steel-post pavilions for outdoor gathering space — picnic tables, a concrete pad, built to hold up outside year-round.
